The Cajun Classic Long Stem Low Pressure Cast Iron Fry Burner includes the air shutter, spring, and a 3/8 inch MPT hose fitting valve orifice. The cast iron burner measures 5 1/2 inches in diameter.
If you are wondering if the burner itself has a BTU rating, it doesn't. The regulator determines the BTU rating. We suggest using one of our 10 PSI regulator kits with it. We also have regulators, hoses, shutters, springs, and fittings, to meet your needs!
