Cajun Injector’s Teriyaki and Honey Marinade is a wonderful marinade for all sorts of great, tasty dishes. Some great teriyaki and honey dishes that we have tried are teriyaki chicken, teriyaki steak and even teriyaki salmon. (Our kids loved the teriyaki salmon.) Just inject your meat with your teriyaki and honey marinade and bake or grill. The sweetness of this marinade does not overpower the food. It’s perfect in the oven or grill. Inject your favorite poultry, beef, pork or wild game.

Just a little advice from our past experiences: We can promise you this marinade has a wonderful flavor. We can also advise you to not use it when frying a chicken or turkey. During the year, we invite several of our friends and family over for marinade taste testing and frying fun. We choose three flavors of marinades and inject three different whole chickens with a flavor. We fry all three chickens at one time in our turkey fryer using our skewer set that comes with the Bayou Classic turkey fryer. Every time we use a marinade that includes sugar or honey when frying, the outside tends to burn. However, the meat is perfect under the skin and has a great flavor. The other two chickens come out perfectly brown.
