Cajun Outdoor Cooking Return Policy
Cajun Outdoor Cooking takes pride in providing its customers the best quality products and service available. We will provide a refund for any products purchased from Cajun Outdoor Cooking if returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The following policy applies to all sales on our web sites unless otherwise noted. Some seasonal sale items are sold on a NO RETURN basis, these are clearly marked on the page where you order the product as well as on your receipt that you receive via e-mail.
Special Holiday Return Policy:
Purchases made between November 10th and December 21st qualify for extended return time. These purchases may be returned as late as January 9th or within 30 days of purchase, whichever is longer.
If you are purchasing products as a gift, PLEASE type the word "Gift" in the comment box in the purchase area.
Our return and exchange policy:
Products purchased on our web site may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. The products must be unused and in original packaging. Products found to be defective will be considered according to the manufacturer's specifications. We accept only merchandise that has been purchased from our web sites.
Products must be in the original packaging and must be placed inside a protective cardboard box, just as they were shipped to you. Do not write on the packing of the product. Any packages sent to us wrapped in paper or plastic and not in an outer protective cardboard box are refused at the dock. Please do not send items back to us in this manner.
Refunds will be issued for the amount of the product only. Shipping is NOT refundable.
** PLEASE NOTE: Once items are shipped, we are responsible for paying the shipping to the customer. If you refuse or do not take delivery of the item, we are charged for the return shipping by the shipping company. Many times, the shipping we charge the customer is less than the amount of shipping that we are charged as a company. Therefore, refused shipments or non-delivery of items will be charged a return shipping cost plus an addition 15% restocking fee.
Please include the following information in the box with the products you are returning:
Transaction number (customer ID number)
The first and last name of the person on your receipt.
Whether you want a refund or an exchange
If you want an exchange, please tell us the specific size or product.
Please include any other information you wish to include but please be brief and specific.
If you are exchanging a product, you will be responsible for extra shipping charges.

Please attain a tracking number from the carrier when you send the return to us. We are not responsible for lost packages and our customer service agents do not have a record of the date your return arrived at our warehouse.
REFUNDS will be posted within 10 business days of the date of the confirmation e-mail you received. Your credit card company may take up to 30 days to post the credit to your statement. This is beyond our control. We will post the credit in the time period we promised, provided instructions have been followed and we are able to cross reference your return to your order.
IF YOU RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING and you are returning the product, you will not receive a full refund. We will credit the price of the item minus the actual shipping.
EXCHANGES will be shipped within 3 business days. All notifications regarding returns will be sent to the e-mail address you supplied with your original order. We are unable to add new e-mail addresses once your order has been placed and processed. This is a security measure.
