This High Pressure Propane Burner is just like the Bayou Classic SP10 High Pressure Burner.  The High Pressure Propane Burner is made of the same quality but is priced so that everyone can afford it.  The High Pressure Propane Burner has a high BTU output.  You can adjust the heat down to simmer a cup of coffee or fire it up to boil up to 120 quart pot.  The High Pressure Propane Burner connects to a 20 lb propane tank cylinder - just like your propane gas grill.  One thing that makes this propane burner better than the SP10 Bayou Classic burner is the height.  That's the only difference.  The High Pressure Propane Burner sits one inch lower - which makes is more stable for your larger pots.
