** Did you know that you can use your turkey frying oil for up to 6 months?  Sometimes its longer!  Use the turkey frying oil funnel and turkey frying oil filters to get all the "floaties" out of your oil.  Fry a few chickens in your oil.  Reuse the oil on the stovetop.  It takes a good while before your peanut oil or canola oil will lose its flash point.
